We managed to sneak in a couple of cheeky shore dives on a family get-together in Scotland (finally I benefit from subsidising Jacob & Tom’s dive training!) I probably wouldn’t drive all that way just for these 2 dives, but worthwhile if you’re in the area.
Loch Fyne, Dogfish Reef: a nice dive along a rocky slope with loads of sea loch anemones, squat lobsters, etc, but no dogfish.
Puffin Divers, Gallanach, Oban: another rocky slope. Squat lobsters, peacock worms and the odd scallop etc.
It was nice to be back in the sea.
