From instructors and trip organisers to social members and seasoned divers, our club is built around welcoming people into the water.
Chair
Maria
Maria has been diving with Chorley BSAC since 1983 and still loves exploring new underwater adventures around the UK and beyond. As a BSAC National Instructor and former BSAC Chair, she somehow seems to know divers everywhere we go.
Dive Officer
Anton
Anton has been diving since 1987. Anton is an Instructor Trainer, North West Regional Tech Team Leader and enjoys exploring rust!
Training
Ben
Ben may look young but he’s already done more diving than many of us do in a lifetime. He’s an Open Water Instructor and rebreather diver, and if he’s not at work he’s probably underwater
Membership
Emma
Emma has been diving since 2021. Emma is an Open Water Instructor and enjoys a mixture of wreck and reef diving.
Welfare Officer
Graham
Graham joined Chorley BSAC in 2018. He is currently Dive Leader and working towards Advanced Diver.
Graham has dived all over the UK and in several overseas locations. He is looking to increase the number overseas dives since retiring.

Dan
Dan has been a member of Chorley Sub Aqua Club since 2023, although he has been diving with BSAC since 2005.
Most of his diving experience has been around the shores of Scotland

Ian
Ian originally learnt to dive with Chorley BSAC in 1991. After a few years break from diving Ian returned to Chorley BSAC in 2005.
Ian carried out all his training with the club, right up to dive leader.
